Who operates Snoot
Snoot is operated by Elan Anbalahan in Spain. For privacy questions, contact support@snootfolio.com.
What the Snoot app does
Snoot does not require an account. It does not use advertising, behavioural tracking, third-party analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, cloud sync, in-app purchases, push notifications, or a user profile.
Snoot stores information such as opened stories, kept stories, local release markers, and the last valid root on your device so it can remember your reading experience. That information is not sent to Snoot as account or analytics data.
Editorial and media delivery
The app retrieves current Snoot editorial releases and related media from Snoot’s Cloudflare/R2 delivery infrastructure. Cloudflare acts as a service provider that delivers requested content. Snoot does not use this delivery to build behavioural profiles or to track you across apps or websites.
Network providers necessarily process technical request information, such as an IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect a request. Snoot’s App Privacy information is based on whether that information is retained in a form Snoot or a provider can access beyond the time needed to serve the request. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before release.
Sharing
Adult Story Deck stories and breed pages may be shared as public Snoot web pages. When you choose Send, the iOS system share sheet receives the public link you chose to share. Little Ears sharing is different: it sends local plain text through the system share sheet and does not create a public story page or deep link.
Snoot does not receive the recipients you select, the contents you add in another app, or a record of your sharing activity from the system share sheet.
Little Ears
Little Ears includes read-aloud audio and story-specific notes for grown-ups. It does not create child accounts, collect child profiles, use targeted advertising, accept user-generated content, or provide social or messaging features. Snoot is family-friendly but is not a Kids Category app.
Support email
If you email Snoot, we receive the information you choose to send, which may include your email address, message, screenshots, device details, and issue description. We use it to respond to you, resolve issues, and improve Snoot.
We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or as required by law.
Website
The Snoot website does not use advertising pixels or behavioural web analytics. It may contain public pages for adult stories and breed pages. Those pages are delivered through Cloudflare and may process technical request information as described above.
Your rights and changes
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you. For Snoot, that will ordinarily be information you voluntarily provide in support email. Contact support@snootfolio.com to make a request.
Changes
We may update this policy as Snoot changes. We will update it and the App Store privacy disclosure before adding an account, analytics, advertising, purchases, cloud sync, or another data practice that changes this description.
