Use of Snoot
Snoot is a reference and entertainment app and website about dogs. You may use Snoot for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable App Store terms.
Snoot does not require an account or purchase. The app may retrieve and cache its current editorial library and media from Snoot’s content service.
Not veterinary advice
Snoot is not veterinary, medical, legal, training, breeding, or adoption advice. Breed information is educational and may not apply to a specific dog. Always consult a qualified professional for health, safety, training, or care decisions.
Content accuracy
We work to make Snoot accurate and source-aware, but dog history, health research, breed standards, and source availability can change. Snoot may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Intellectual property
Snoot, the Snoot name, app design, editorial text, illustrations, audio, and related creative materials are owned by Snoot or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, or use them to train models without permission.
You may share the public Snoot links made available through the app for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a link does not grant ownership of, or a licence to republish, the underlying story or artwork.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Snoot, interfere with the website, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or use Snoot in a way that violates law or infringes another person's rights.
Third-party services
Snoot may use or link to App Store services, source websites, email clients, the iOS system share sheet, and hosting or content-delivery providers we do not control. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes and availability
We may update Snoot, change or remove content, pause availability, or update these terms as the product evolves.
