Questions we hear
Does Snoot require an account?
No. There is nothing to sign into. The app works the moment it opens.
Where does my reading live?
On your device. Opened pages and everything you’ve Kept stay local; deleting the app removes them. There is no Snoot server profile.
How does content arrive?
Snoot retrieves its current editorial library and media from Snoot’s production content service. It validates a release before using it and keeps a usable local cache for return and offline reading after content has loaded.
How does Little Ears work?
Little Ears is a small co-reading room with shorter stories, read-aloud audio, an ending question, and a closed note for grown-ups. Audio plays only while the story is open and does not continue as background or lock-screen audio.
What happens when I use Send?
Adult stories and breed pages share a public Snoot link through the iOS system share sheet. Little Ears deliberately shares local plain text instead; it does not create a public page or deep link.
Can I suggest a breed?
Yes. Email support@snootfolio.com with the breed you’d love to see. The breed book grows slowly, on purpose.
Does Snoot collect analytics?
No. No analytics, no ads, no trackers. See the privacy policy for the plain-language version.
Is Snoot veterinary advice?
No. Snoot is reference and entertainment. For health, care, training, or safety decisions, talk to a qualified professional.
